How do I see Portal4Schools before buying?
Message us on WhatsApp +234 807 893 3254 and book a free demo. We use a demo school so you can try the student, teacher, parent and admin logins.
Who uses the portal?
Students, teachers, parents and school administrators. Each role has its own login and dashboard.
How do students log in?
Students use the admission or registration number the school gives them, then choose the subject, session, term and CBT type for exams.
Can a parent follow more than one child?
Yes. Parents link all their children to one account and switch between them.
Do I have to buy every module?
No. Choose the solutions you need and add more later. See the pricing page for plan examples.
Can teachers use it on a phone?
Yes. Teacher tools such as the gradebook and attendance are designed for phones.
Who sets up the school?
We help you set up classes, subjects, sessions and terms, and show your staff how to use the dashboard.
